- Full Pipeline, Not Just Chat
- MCP tools cover the whole platform: semantic RAG search, adding memories, ingesting files into the knowledge base, and running the complete answer pipeline.
- Write Actions — Opt-In Only
- Reading is the default. Creating or updating tickets requires an explicit per-server opt-in, and destructive actions are always blocked.
